What data we process
Landlords: account and listing data. Renters: application form data sent to the landlord.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to operate the platform (contract performance) and comply with legal obligations.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Applications remain available to the landlord while the listing exists.
Third parties
We use hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase/Postgres) and email (Resend). Processor agreements are required with these parties.
Your rights
